Filter the Role Offer Venue Filter
When Volunteers are searching for Role Offers, and they can select from a list of Venues, then the list of Venues should only show Venues that have Role Offers that can be applied to. If there are Venues that only have Role Offer that can't be applied to (are assigned), or only have role offers that are archived (historical Venues), then these should not be in the list of Venues for an applicant to select, as it can be confusing.

Automation to alert volunteers when there is a new article published
Automating alerts for new articles would help keep volunteers updated and engaged by letting them know about important content right away. This easy communication boosts participation and builds a sense of community among volunteers.

Add functionality to run polls on the dashboard of the volunteer portal
Adding short polls to the dashboard would be a fantastic way to gather feedback and insights from volunteers. This feature could help us better understand their preferences and improve engagement.

Communication Hub
Currently Rosterfy supports: -Outbound Email (manual & automated, individual & bulk) -Outbound SMS (manual & automated, individual & bulk) -Inbound SMS -Inbound 'Contact Centre' messages, converted to email Not supported is: (1) Inbound Email (2) Outbound Contact Centre message (1) Email responses or notifications of 'Contact Centre' inquiries are sent be email to a mailbox which is hosted outside of Rosterfy. What would be beneficial would be the following features: -Inbound Email from Volunteer is associated to Customer record -Inbound Email from Volunteer is routed to an appropriate Queue based on configurable rulesets -Emails can be sent on an ad-hoc basis or in response to an email sent from Lifeline -Emails are threaded -Responses to Volunteer can be manual (based on manual selection from a queue) or automated (based on rules) This would enable a 1:1 communication experience as well as a single source of truth for Contact History (and replace the need to use another Ticketing system or Mailbox for some of the comms). (2) An alternative (or addition) to #1 would be the ability to respond to Volunteer Contact Centre messages through the application. I.e. an asynchronous messaging-based approach to keep all communications within the Rosterfy platform.

Display Automation Run History
Each automation should have a record of its runs, including which steps failed and which succeeded. It would also be nice to receive notifications of any failures.

Ability to include in shift pattern limit time for booking shifts in hours
We have noticed that when creating a shift using shift, the only option to stop a volunteer from booking said shift last minute is to manually add a closing application time for each single shift. The good thing with Rosterfy is that we can create events/shifts in bulk. But having to manually go back to each shift to add a closing application time (or creating each event individually and then adding a closing application time for each event) defeat the purpose. It would be great to be able to include in a shift pattern that a volunteer can't book a shit/event less than 48 hours before said event.

Add a BCC or CC on emails
Add a BCC or CC on emails either on the Templates or when selecting to email the volunteer during an automation. Rather than creating an additional automation step to notify us or the event leader, we could CC or BCC on the email that is sent to the volunteer.

Events should be populated in calendar by shift date not event start/end date
Currently we have events that have multiple shifts that run weekly from August to October for example and the calendar view shows the event on each day between event start and end dates. This is not very helpful as it does not reflect the days that the activity is actually taking place. It would be better if the calendar could reflect the days that dates that the shifts have been scheduled for. In its current format, the calendar view is unusable for us as we have many weekly activities and almost the whole calendar is populated with events. Thanks.

Resending or editing references/parent consent after submission
References/parent consent sometimes gets lost or a slight error in the inputting to the form. It would really helpful to have: A simple resend button against the line under references/parent consent within refs/dbs on volunteers A button to "Add a new reference/parent consent" under refs/DBS on volunteer profile

Sending Reports from Reports Page
For our events, we have Captains for specific roles each captain is sent a roster report that shows them who is working their shifts. The current process is Build the Report > Download Report > Create Email for Report > Send out Report If there is just a way to send reports from the Reports page that would help save a lot of time and steps.

new formatting
Currenlty the birthdate in reports appears as YYYY-MM-DD. In Australia, this is not the format we use. Can it be changed or option to change to Australian formatt as MM/DD/YYYY. The current date format impedes us as we have to download the report from Rosterfy and upload volunteers to a LMS that does not accept your format. Our admin assist will now have to manually change each volunteers birthdate to the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Interactive Widget - Onboarding Stats
It would be great to have a widget that shows the current progress of your volunteers, with interactive buttons that take you to specific lists. EG: Active Volunteers In progress Interview Phase This would be a great visual aid to keep up with the progress of applications.

Have an on/off for automations
Allow us to turn off the entire automation or a step within it rather than archiving the entire thing or deleting a step. Make the default on, so we are only using off when we need.

Add 'Remove from training' automation task
Rosterfy doesnโt have the capability to remove training modules from a volunteer record using automations. Therefore if someone is assigned modules as they reach that step/checkpoint, but then withdraw or have their application declined: If they have another role where theyโre at the stage where they can access training, then the modules for the role theyโre rejected for will remain on their profile unless itโs removed. If they donโt have another role then theyโre moved back to a point where they cannot access any training until such time that they reach that point with another role. The modules for their rejected role will become available to them again unless itโs removed. This will lead to anomalies with reporting on overall training completion rates, which many large charities want to monitor.
